Led by Gil Seton Jr., SP has developed, renovated and/or invested in over 100 affordable housing communities nationwide. Its more recent renovation completions include Bowling Green Towers, a 202 unit affordable housing community for low income seniors and disabled persons in Kentucky, and Amity Heights, a 196 unit affordable housing community for low income persons in New Jersey. SP Investment Fund has invested in affordable housing communities in over 20 states nationwide and representing well over 10,000 units.

In the technology sphere, SP Investment Fund seeks out portfolio companies that actively work to improve the world. Among its invested companies are OpenTrons, a unicorn which has significantly enhanced the pace of biotech innovation and C16 Biosciences, which has delivered a commercial alternative to resource-intensive palm oil. The company was also an initial seed investor in India’s fintech unicorn Razorpay, which has had a profound impact on ecommerce in India and Southeast Asia.
